What Did I Eat 6/29-7/5?

Disclaimer: I am not a health expert. I am a wife, mother and music teacher who loves to find healthy recipes and share them. I am only sharing what has worked for me, I am in no way advising others on how they should eat.

I drink only water and a cup of coffee or two a day with Trim Healthy Mama approved creamer. I also drink unsweetened tea and I have discovered True Lemon. Kind of like Crystal Light but uses stevia…very good, my kids like this. They sell it at my local Meijer. I also drink Bai once in a while and since it’s summer I am trying Trim Healthy Mama Sippers and Good Girl Moonshines.

I follow the  Trim Healthy Mama plan, but I am at goal weight so I do a lot of Crossover meals, at least I am trying to do more Crossovers. This plan works so well I have dropped more weight because I haven’t done enough Crossover meals.

I exercise five times a week for twenty-five to thirty minutes. Only because it’s summer and I sit around a lot more, I need to exercise more.

We rarely go out eat, I cook A LOT!! But I enjoy it.

6.29 Breakfast: Maple and “Brown Sugar” Oatmeal. Pretty good.

Lunch: I was going to have leftover taco fixin’s over lettuce but my lettuce was gross. I defrosted a St. Joseph pita and stuffed with the meat a little beans and cheese, sprayed some cocunut oil and fried it. It was like a burrito 🙂 I love when I get creative! I smeared on some sour cream, salsa and guacamole.

Snack: I was getting groceries and picked up some mozzarella wrapped in salami that they sell in the story in the produce section, already made up for you. I ate that once I was done and got in the car…thinking ahead is always best 🙂

Dinner: Went out with some lovely camping friends. Stayed totally on plan. I had a Michigan Harvest Salad with cranberries, apples, chicken and raspberry vinaigrette. Total E meal there.

Snack: Banana chocolate muffin

6.30 Breakfast: Nana’s Fluffy Omelet from THM Cookbook. 

Lunch: Grilled turkey on a pita with provolone and mayo

Snack: Cheesecake crunch from THM Cookbook

Dinner: Deconstructed Stuff Peppers from THT.

Snack: Peanut Butter Brownies

7.1 Breakfast: Bring on da Buttah pancakes from THM Cookbook. 

Lunch: Leftover Dreamy Chicken Lazone, potatoes and green beans

Snack: Greekie Swirl

Dinner: Turkey sandwich on Ezekiel bread, Laughing Cow Cheese, onions and green pepper, Chips and a few strawberries

Snack: We were at an outdoor concert and it was crazy hot in. I went off plan and had a brownie fudge sundae, it was yummy.

7.2 Breakfast: Oatmeal on the go cups from THT

Lunch: Leftover deconstructed stuffed peppers and a salad

Snack: Mozzarella cheese sticks and salmami

Dinner: Chicken Satay from THT. Very good!!

Snack: Skinny Chocolate muffin from THM Cookbook

7.3 Breakfast: Cheesy Omelet from the first THM book.

Lunch: My daughter took me out for lunch and I got a turkey club salad minus the croutons. Totally stayed on plan!!

Snack: Blue tortilla chips, salsa and a Babybel

Dinner: Good Grub from THT, not a favorite for my family.

Snack: Raspberry muffin from THM Cookbook

7.4 Breakfast: Succulent Egg Sammie from THM Cookbook

Lunch: Leftover Chicken Satay

Snack: Greekie Swirl, tried it a new way. I usually have it with berries but I used peaches today.

Dinner: Chicken Sausage and sweet potato

Snack: Peach muffin from THM Cookbook

7.5 Breakfast: Big Egg Scram from THT

Lunch: Leftover Good Grub

Snack: Thin Mint Chocolate Shake from THM Cookbook. This is so stinkin’ good, why don’t I eat it more. I love mint chocolate chip ice cream, this is a wonderful substitute.

Dinner: Egg roll in a bowl part Duex from THT

Snack: Chocolate Banana muffin from THM Cookbook
