I drink only water and a cup of coffee or two a day with Trim Healthy Mama approved creamer. I also drink unsweetened tea and I have discovered True Lemon. Kind of like Crystal Light but uses stevia…very good, my kids like this. They sell it at my local Meijer. I also drink Bai once in a while and since it’s summer I am trying Trim Healthy Mama Sippers and Good Girl Moonshines.

I follow the  Trim Healthy Mama plan, but I am at goal weight so I do a lot of Crossover meals, at least I am trying to do more Crossovers. This plan works so well I have dropped more weight because I haven’t done enough Crossover meals.

I exercise five times a week for twenty-five to thirty minutes. Only because it’s summer and I sit around a lot more, I need to exercise more.

We rarely go out eat, I cook A LOT!! But I enjoy it.

6.26 Breakfast: Trim Healthy Pancakes (E) topped with 0% yogurt, blueberries and THM Syrup.

Lunch: Leftover Chicken Fried Rice

Snack: I’ll be honest my daughter talked me into stopping at a new coffee place. I did purchase a Iced Caramel Latte. I felt so horrible putting the into my body, I can usually cheat and feel no guilt but not today.  I drank about half and gave the rest to my son. I had some Skinny Pop later and a Babybel.

Dinner: Chicken Jalapeno Popper soup from THM Cookbook

Snack: Peanut Butter Fudge Brown from THM Cookbook

6.27 Today is a weird day. I am going on a day trip with my kids and mom and eating breakfast late. I ate a Larabar to hold me over.

Breakfast: Two eggs, veggies and hashbrowns at this diner we always stop at, love it! This is a Crossover.

Lunch: I decided to eat off plan and get a turkey club and fries. I didn’t eat it all.

Snack: Tradition dictated that we get ice cream, so I did. I can so easily see how I put on the weight in the past. Eating this way all time and not moving. No wonder.

Dinner: Back home, had a taco salad.

Snack: Peanut Butter Fudge Brownie

6. 28 Breakfast: Oatmeal on the go Cup

Lunch: Leftover soup

Snack: Greekie Swirl (this is my favorite snack)

Dinner: Dreamy Chicken Lazone from Trim Healthy Table. I made this a crossover with some potatoes. My kids were excited. I haven’t made potatoes for a meal since February. This was AMAZING. So good.

Snack: Peach Muffin from THM Cookbook
