I drink only water and a cup of coffee or two a day with Trim Healthy Mama approved creamer. I also drink unsweetened tea and I have discovered True Lemon. Kind of like Crystal Light but uses stevia…very good, my kids like this. They sell it at my local Meijer. I also drink Bai once in a while and since it’s summer I am trying Trim Healthy Mama Sippers and Good Girl Moonshines.
I follow the Trim Healthy Mama plan, but I am at goal weight so I do a lot of Crossover meals, at least I am trying to do more Crossovers. This plan works so well I have dropped more weight because I haven’t done enough Crossover meals.
I exercise four times a week for twenty minutes. (I will be upping this as I will not be working for the summer and need to be more active, this is the time of year I pack on weight)
We rarely go out eat, I cook A LOT!! But I enjoy it.
6.15 Breakfast: Eggatable Breakfast from THM Cookbook..loved!
Lunch: Leftover Chicken Florentine over sauteed cabbage
Tried my first Good Girl Moonshine today: Strawberry Lime GGMS It does take a little getting used to with the apple cider vinegar. It’s not bad just different but I would definitely drink more.
Snack: Greekie Swirl
Dinner: Cilantro Lime-burst chicken from THM Cookbook over quinoa
Snack: Chocolate banana muffins from THM Cookbook. These remind me of hot fudge sundaes I like to get at the ice place. I put a little Redi Whip on it, yum!
6.16 Breakfast: Trim Healthy Pancakes (E) topped with 0% yogurt, blueberries and THM Syrup.
Lunch: Made a grilled Chicken salad with olive oil and ACV, feta, bacon, cucumber, red pepper and onions.
Snack: Went to a graduation party and had a lemon raspberry cupcake, it was yummy (not on plan)
Dinner: Cabb and Sausage from THM Cookbook (loved this)
Snack: I can’t remember
6.17 Breakfast: BLT frittata and hasbrowns
Lunch: Leftover Cabb and sausage
Snack: Greekie Swirl (I think)
Dinner: Small Budget Salad from THM Cookbook
Snack: Raspberry muffin from THM Cookbook
6.18 Breakfast: Oatmeal on the Go Cups
Lunch: Turkey sandwich on Eziekel break with Laughing Cow cheese
And this is where follow THM stopped for the next two days. My husband and I went to Mackinac Island to celebrate our 20 year anniversary and I decided to eat whatever I wanted (which included two ice cream cones).
6.20 Breakfast: (Back on track) Something with eggs (I can’t remember)
Lunch: Grilled chicken salad
Snack: Greekie swirl
Dinner: Blackened Mango Chicken over quinoa from THM Cookbook (very good)
Snack: Single Serve Peach Cobbler (yum)
6.21 Breakfast: Breakfast Sammie from THM Cookbook
Lunch: Leftover blackened chicken
Snack: Cheesecake crunch from THM Cookbook
Dinner: Swedish Meatballs in cream sauce from THM Cookbook (very good)
Snack: Trimtastic Brownies from THM Cookbook (I made these for my dad for Father’s day and he liked them, that’s saying something)
