What Did I Eat 5/25-5/31?

I drink only water and a cup of coffee or two a day with Trim Healthy Mama approved creamer. With warm weather I will have started drinking unsweetened tea and I have discovered True Lemon. Kind of like Crystal Light but uses stevia…very good, my kids like this. They sell it at my local Meijer. I also drink Bai once in a while.

I follow the  Trim Healthy Mama plan, but I am at goal weight so I do a lot of Crossover meals, at least I am trying to do more Crossovers. This plan works so well I have dropped more weight because I haven’t done enough Crossover meals.

I exercise four times a week for twenty minutes.

We rarely go out eat, I cook A LOT!! But I enjoy it.

Memorial weekend and birthday celebrations so I crossed over a lot or just plain cheated 🙂

5.25 Breakfast: Trim Healthy Pancakes (E) topped with 0% yogurt, strawberries and THM Syrup.

Lunch: Rich and Tender Stew from THM Cookbook. 

Snack: Mozzarella and salami

Dinner: Tacos (no shells for me, used lavish bread)

Snack: Chocolate chip cookies from THM Cookbook

5.26 Breakfast: Bring on da buttah pancakes and sausage

Lunch: Leftover tacos, on lettuce this time

Snack: Celebrating both of my kids birthdays, they are only two days apart (and four years), so I had chocolate cake and vanilla ice cream (none of it THM friendly).

Dinner: Hamburger (no bun) and a quinoa salad

Snack: Trimtastic Brownie from THM Cookbook. 

5.27 Breakfast: Mufflet from THM Cookbook

Lunch: Leftover tacos

Snack: Greekie Swirl

Dinner: Deer backstraps wrapped in bacon, from the deer my husband got this past fall. So yummy. Had Quinoa salad too.

5.28 Breakfast: Trim Healthy Pancakes (E) topped with 0% yogurt, strawberries and THM Syrup.

Lunch: Quinoa salad and added some chicken

Snack: Black been salsa, blue corn chips and a stick of mozzarella cheese

Dinner: Pot Stickers from THM Cookbook (these were different but good) and green beans

Snack: Chocolate chips cookies from THM Cookbook

5.29 Breakfast: BLT fritatta (from THM Cookbook) and hashbrowns

Lunch: Quinoa and chicken

Snack: Greek Swirlie with granola

Dinner: Ridiculously Easy Spaghetti and Meatballs (I really like this) from THM Cookbook

Snack: Bust a myth Banana cake from THM Cookbook

5.30 Breakfast: Oatmeal on the Go cups from Trim Healthy Table

Lunch: Leftover pot stickers and green beans

Snack: Wasa crackers, turkey and red peppers

Dinner: Bangin’ Ranch Drums from THM Cookbook with some quinoa salad

5.31 Breakfast:  Trim Healthy Pancakes (E) topped with 0% yogurt, blueberries and THM Syrup.

Lunch: Leftover Ridiculous Meaballs

Snack: Apple and Triple Zero Yogurt

Dinner: Cajun Chicken from THM Cookbook over caulirice (loved this)

Snack: Chocolate cake from THM Cookbook
