What Did I Eat 5/18-5/24?

I drink only water and a cup of coffee or two a day with Trim Healthy Mama approved creamer. With warm weather I will start drinking unsweetened tea and I have discovered True Lemon. Kind of like Crystal Light but uses stevia…very good, my kids like this. They sell it at my local Meijer.

I follow the  Trim Healthy Mama plan, but I am at goal weight so I do a lot of Crossover meals, at least I am trying to do more Crossovers. This plan works so well I have dropped more weight because I haven’t done enough Crossover meals.

I exercise four times a week for twenty minutes.

We rarely go out eat, I cook A LOT!! But I enjoy it.

5.18 Breakfast: Two eggs, hashbrowns, veggies and cheese. (This is a Crossover and white potatoes aren’t really on plan, but once you are at goal weight it’s okay to throw them in and I do).

Lunch: Leftover Cauliflower Chowder.

Snack: I have missed salsa and chips so purchased some black bean salsa from Meijer, some blue corn chips and will have a slice or two of turkey to have some protein (protein is the center of THM).

Dinner: Hamburger and salad

Snack: Trimtastic Brownie

5.19 BLT Fritatta and hashbrowns

Lunch: Leftover Wicked Chicken Chili

Snack: Greekie Swirl from THM Cookbook

Dinner: Chicken on the Barbie with quinoa and peas

Snack: Bust-A-Myth Banana cake from THM Cookbook

5.20 Breakfast: Mufflet from THM Cookbook

Lunch: Leftover Cauliflower Chowder

Snack: Wasa Crackers, Laughing Cow Cheese, turkey and red pepper

Dinner: Zucchini Bruschetta Pasta over quinoa

Snack: Brainy Blueberry Muffin from THM Cookbook

5.21 Breakfast: Trim Healthy Pancakes (E) topped with 0% yogurt, strawberries and THM Syrup.

Lunch: Cauliflower Chowder

Snack: I can’t remember…

Dinner: Bring Back Sloppy Joes on pita with a salad

Snack: I’m doing this post Friday morning and I can’t remember my snacks..but I do know it THM.

5.22 Breakfast: Mufflet THM Cookbook

Lunch: Zucchini Bruschetta Pasta over quinoa

Snack: Don’t know

Dinner: Cowboy Grub from THM Cookbook

Snack: Everything Nice Cinnamon and Spice

5.23 Breakfast: Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats (these were okay, I didn’t love them)

Lunch: Zucchini Bruschetta Pasta over quinoa

Snack: Greekie Swirl from THM Cookbook

Dinner: Rich and Tender Stew from THM Cookbook and a salad

Snack: Chocolate cookies from THM Cookbook

5.24 Breakfast: Two eggs, hashbrowns, veggies

Lunch: Cowboy Grub

Snack: Two mozzarella sticks and salami

Dinner: Sarah’s Sausage and Peppers 

Snack: Chocolate Chip Muffin from THM Cookbook
