What Did I Eat 4/27-5/3?

Disclaimer: I am not a health expert. I am a wife, mother and music teacher who loves to find healthy recipes and share them. I am only sharing what has worked for me, I am in no way advising others on how they should eat.

I drink only water and a cup of coffee or two a day with Trim Healthy Mama approved creamer.

I follow the  Trim Healthy Mama plan (mostly, but I am at goal weight so I do a lot of Crossover meals, at least I am trying to do more Crossovers).

I exercise four times a week for twenty minutes.

We rarely go out eat, I cook A LOT!! But I enjoy it.

4.27 Breakfast: Mufflets from THM Cookbook (I made this into a casserole)

Lunch: Leftover over Zucchini Bruschetta Pasta

Snack: Cinnamon Bun Shake from Trim Healthy Table

Dinner: Slimming Sloppy Joes from THM Cookbook. 

Snack: Lemon Strawberry Muffins.

4.28 Breakfast: Trim Healthy Pancakes (E) topped with 0% yogurt, strawberries and THM Syrup

Lunch: Leftover sloppy joes

Snack: A Larabar

Dinner: Hamburger wrapped in lettuce with peas

Snack: Trimtastic brownies from THM Cookbook

4.29 Breakfast: Mufflets

Lunch: Salad with chicken, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, veggies and feta cheese (so good).

Snack: Light Rye Wasa crackers, Laughing Cow Cheese with a slice of turkey

Dinner: Chicken on the Barbie with peas.

Snack: Chocolate Chip Muffin from THM Cookbook

4.30 Breakfast: Trim Healthy Pancakes (E) topped with 0% yogurt, blueberries and THM Syrup

Lunch: Leftover sloppy joe and a salad

Snack: Sliced apple with cinnamon and Babybel

Dinner: Egg roll in a bowl from THM Cookbook

Snack: Trimtastic brownie

5.1 Breakfast: Overnight apple cinnamon oats fro THM Cookbook. 

Lunch: Leftover Poppyseed Chicken 

Snack: Cottage Whip from THM Cookbook

Dinner: Easy Chicken Enchiladas

Snack: Trimtastic Brownie

5.2 Breakfast: Bring on da Buttah pancakes and sausage  THM Cookbook

Lunch: Leftover Enchiladas

Snack: Berry Treat

Dinner: Honey Garlic Chicken Wings with fried zucchini

Snack:  I was bad…my daughter had volleyball practice and I had it all planned to bring my THM snack with me and I forgot it. I ended up getting McDonald’s fries.

5.3 Breakfast: Bring on da Buttah pancakes, two sausages from THM Cookbook. 

Lunch: Leftover Eggroll in a bowl

Snack: Cottage Berry Whip and a Babybel

Dinner: Tiny Tasty Tacos

Snack: Two mozzarella sticks wrapped in salami (yum)
