What Did I Eat 4/20-4/27?

Disclaimer: I am not a health expert. I am a wife, mother and music teacher who loves to find healthy recipes and share them. I am only sharing what has worked for me, I am in no way advising others on how they should eat.

I drink only water and a cup of coffee or two a day with Trim Healthy Mama approved creamer.

I follow the  Trim Healthy Mama plan (mostly, but I am at goal weight so I do a lot of Crossover meals, at least I am trying to do more Crossovers and I have found I accidentally do crossover meals as I am still learning the plan).

I exercise four times a week for twenty minutes (I have not be good at this, it’s been more like three times for about fifteen minutes).

We rarely go out eat, I cook A LOT!! But I enjoy it.

4.20 Breakfast: Breakfast Casserole from THM Cookbook and a few hashbrowns. (XO)

Lunch: Leftover Black Been Mexican Stew (E)

Snack: Chocolate Decadence and a Babybel

Dinner: Tacos, but instead of a shell I eat the meat over a bed of lettuce (S)

Snack/Dessert: Soft Double Chocolate Chip Cookies from THM Table (these are good, but they weren’t soft.)

4.21 Breakfast:  Breakfast Casserole from THM Cookbook and a few hashbrowns. (XO)

Lunch: Turkey on Ezekiel Bread with Laughing Cow Cheese and red peppers. Apple.

Snack: Triple Zero yogurt by Oikos and a Babybel

Dinner: Save My Sanity Chili (E) from THM Table

Snack: I was bad and had ice cream from a local ice place, Spotted Cow. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

4.22 Breakfast: Oatmeal On The Go Cups (E) THM Table (I used to eat two sausages with this but I realized that was putting me over the fat that is supposed to be in an E meal, so no more sausages with this meal)

Lunch: Leftover Tacos on lettuce

Snack: Wasa Crackers with Laughing Cow Cheese, turkey and red pepper

Dinner: Shepherd’s Pie (S), not so good.

Snack: Leftover ice cream.

4.23 Breakfast: Oatmeal On The Go Cups (E) THM Table

Lunch: Leftover Tacos

Snack: Chocolate Decadence and a Babybel

Dinner: Skillet Cheeseburger Helper (S) I don’t have Dreamfields pasta so I use spaghetti squash and made regular noodles for the rest of the fam.

Snack: Trimtastic Brownie from THM Cookbook (S). 

4.24 Breakfast: Trim Healthy Pancakes (E) topped with 0% yogurt, strawberries and THM Syrup (yum)

Lunch:  Leftover Sarah’s Sausage and Peppers Pasta.

Snack: Light Rye Wasa Crackers with Laughing Cow cheese with a slice of red pepper on top.

Dinner: Leftover (from a long time ago, before THM came into my life) Skinny Enchiladas over a bed of lettuce.

Snack: Trimtastic Brownie from THM Cookbook

4.25 Breakfast: One Bring on da Buttah Pancakes from THM Cookbook and two eggs.

Lunch: Leftover Skinny Enchiladas

Snack: Berry Treat (yogurt, berries and granola)

Dinner: Zucchini Bruschetta Pasta  very good!

Snack:  Lemon Strawberry Muffins. (E)

4.26 Breakfast: Trim Healthy Pancakes (E) topped with 0% yogurt, strawberries and THM Syrup

Lunch: Turkey with Avocado mayo, cheese, onion, red pepper, cucumber and lettuce on a Lavash wrap.  Triple Zero yogurt by Oikos

Snack: Oatmeal Chip Muffins. A few grapes

Dinner: Lemon Garlic Chicken and Everybody’s Favorite Salad.

Snack: Banana Nut Muffin from THM Cookbook
